All extra contract call does take quite some time to get updated on the app. By that way, it becomes very hard to keep track of the extra time. Thanks for looking into that matter."

"L'état réseau ne reflète pas la veritée. D'après l'App, il n'y a jamais de problème. La personne qui contacte après avoir signalé un accident conseille de vérifier que la box est branchée au courant. Ensuite on peut prendre rdv pour... prendre un rdv. Véridique. N'allez jamais chez SFR et blindez vous à la résiliation (interdire le prélèvement auto, tout échange en recommandé, photo de la boite de restitution de la box etc). L'offre s'intitule fibre mais c'est mensonger. Vous êtes prévenus."
